ART 302. Para las recompensas á que se refiere el ordinal 3o. del mismo artículo por causa de heridas, se requiere que éstas produzcan una invalide absoluta y permanente, ó que por causa de tales heridas el solicitante no pueda trabajar para subvenir á sus gastos.
