Los edificios que el Gobierno construya de acuerdo con la presente Ley, quedarán siendo propiedad de la Nación si los Departamentos los ceden y cesará de ese momento la obligación de suministrar edificios para cárceles que tienen éstos respecto de los lugares donde tales edificios se construyan o arreglen.
