º. Son comerciales: Clase I. Las radiodifusoras particulares destinadas a la explotación de propaganda comercial, mediante la divulgación de conferencias, conciertos y servicios varios de interés general.

Parágrafo

Las estaciones oficiales no podrán explotar propaganda comercial. Clase II. Las destinadas a la explotación de comunicaciones radiotelegráficas y radiotelefónicas de carácter comercial, para servicio público. Clase III. Las radiotelegráficas y radiotelefónicas, destinadas a comunicaciones privadas entre dependencias de una misma entidad. Clase IV. Las estaciones automáticas destinadas a la recepción de noticias con fines comerciales.
