Art. 5.° Todo individuo que retuviere en su poder, después del 30 de Julio próximo, alguno ó algunos de los efectos enumerados en este decreto, será juzgado y penado de conformidad con lo preceptuado en el artículo 364 del Código Penal. Comuníquese y publíquese.
