º. Dictada la resolución posesoria de amparo de que trata el artículo 68 de la Ley citada, no podrán usarse, ni ser objeto de comercio ni de explotación industrial de ninguna especie, los artículos sobre los cuales verse la providencia de amparo. Sí el artículo que constituye la usurpación debidamente calificada por la autoridad competente necesitare o hubiere necesitado para su uso alguna licencia especial otorgada por las autoridades, éstas se abstendrán de concederla o la cancelarán inmediatamente, según el caso. Comuníquese y publíquese.
