Garantía para el pago de las obligaciones pensionales . Los activos del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación, destinados al pago de los pasivos pensionales conservarán tal destino y no formarán parte de la masa de la liquidación. En todo caso, los pasivos pensionales y laborales deberán pagarse preferencialmente, de conformidad con las normas legales sobre prelación de créditos.
