PROHIBICION DEL PAGO DOBLE DE SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR . En ningún caso habrá lugar al reconocimiento doble de subsidio familiar, cuando el cónyuge o compañero (a) permanente, miembro del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional. Director o Subdirector preste sus servicios en el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec, Ministerio de Defensa o en la Policía Nacional.

Parágrafo

El miembro del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional, Director o Subdirector de Establecimiento Carcelario cuyo cónyuge preste sus servicios en otra entidad diferente a las especificadas anteriormente, para tener derecho al subsidio familiar deberá acreditar que su cónyuge ha renunciado a dicha prestación en la entidad donde trabaja, mediante certificación expedida por esta última.
