Vigencia Del Acto Administrativo De La Declaratoria De Utilidad Pública

Vigencia del acto administrativo de la declaratoria de utilidad pública. El acto administrativo de declaratoria pública e interés social tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años contados a partir de su ejecutoria.

Luego de dicho término, el acto administrativo de la declaratoria de utilidad pública perderá su vigencia, excepto en aquellos casos en los que se haya iniciado el trámite de expropiación. En este caso, el acto administrativo mantendrá su vigencia hasta que se finalice el proceso de expropiación.
