DERECHO DE DEFENSA. En todo proceso disciplinario el empleado tiene derecho a conocer las pruebas allegadas, a defenderse de los cargos que se le formulen, a solicitar las pruebas pertinentes y a ser asistido por un apoderado, si así lo desea.
