En caso de visita de Psicólogos extranjeros de reconocida competencia, que vengan al país en misión científica, el Ministerio de Salud podrá otorgar a petición de una Universidad aprobada o del ICFES, un permiso para el desempeño de las funciones docentes y académicas hasta por un (1) año.
