ARTICULO 25. La ordenación del gasto, así como la celebración de contratos y otros actos jurídicos con cargo a los recursos del Fondo, corresponde al Ministro de Salud, con la asesoría del Consejo de Administración y de conformidad con las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
