Remate de la mercancía. En firme la declaración de que una mercancía es de contrabando se procederá a su remate directamente por el Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas o por un martillo legalmente autorizado, siguiendo las formalidades establecidas en el Código de Procedimiento Civil.
