DISTRIBUCIÓN DE LA PLANTA GLOBAL Y UBICACIÓN DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS. El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, mediante resolución, distribuirá la planta de personal y ubicará los funcionarios de la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales entre el nivel central y las administraciones regionales. Una vez hecho el nombramiento, dentro de los 10 días siguientes, previo a la comunicación del mismo, se proferirá la resolución de ubicación del funcionario, señalado la dependencia en la cual deberá laborar; esta resolución será comunicada conjuntamente con el nombramiento.
