Art. 1.° Créase una Junta que se llamará Junta de Amortización, y que se compondrá de diez miembros, así: Del Ministro del Tesoro, que será el Presidente de la Junta; De un Vicepresidente nombrado por ésta, y De nueve Vocales, de entre los cuales la Junta deberá elegir Secretario.
