Artículo veintinueve. La persona ofendida o su apoderado especial tendrá derecho de constituirse en parte civil en cualquier estado del proceso, antes de que el negocio hubiere entrado al despacho del Juez para sentencia de primera instancia. El embargo y secuestro preventivo de bienes del sindicado para garantizar el pago de los perjuicios civiles ocasionados en el delito, se regirá por las normas del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
