º. Efectuada la anotación en el Registro Público, la correspondiente Comisión del Servicio Civil expedirá la respectiva certificación sobre los datos registrados con destino al empleado y a la entidad a la cual éste pertenezca. Esta, a través del Jefe de Personal o de quien haga sus veces, con base en dicha certificación, será la encargada de certificar sobre la situación del empleado frente a la carrera administrativa, sin perjuicio de las certificaciones o constancias que expidan las Comisiones Nacional y Seccionales del Servicio Civil, cuando les sean solicitadas.
