Ámbito de aplicación del Sistema de Autocontrol y Gestión de Riesgos LA/FT/FP Y C/ST Están obligados a implementar un Sistema de Autocontrol y Gestión de Riesgos LA/FT/FP y C/ST que permita identificar evaluar y gestionar los riesgos LA/FT/FP y C/ST: Las sociedades, empresas unipersonales y sucursales de sociedades extranjeras sujetas a la vigilancia o al control que ejerce la Superintendencia de Sociedades (siempre y cuando no estén vigiladas por otra entidad y tengan un régimen de vigilancia especial en razón de su actividad), que hubieren obtenido ingresos totales o presenten activos totales iguales o superiores a cuatro millones novecientos veintinueve mil diecisiete (4.929.017) unidades de valor básico - UVB, con corte al 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior.
