La Junta Directiva del Banco de la República podrá establecer, por resoluciones de carácter general, un régimen especial para los depósitos referentes a la importación de bienes de capital de considerable valor, cuyo pago haya de hacerse con plazos que distribuyan la demanda de divisas extranjeras en varios períodos.
