Comités de Participación Indígena (COPAI). Para efectos de garantizar la participación real y efectiva de las comunidades indígenas en los procesos en salud del departamento, se conformarán comités por cuencas hidrográficas. El departamento, de manera concertada con la Institucionalidad Indígena en Salud, establecerá su conformación de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Decreto número 1757 de 1994 o la norma que la modifique, adicione o sustituya.
