Quedan suspendidas temporalmente las disposiciones dictadas en la Ley 26 de 1946 , en lo que se refiere al ferrocarril troncal de occidente en el sector de Antioquia y al ferrocarril Neiva - Garzón, hasta que se terminen las obras de qué trata n los artículos anteriores, y se deroga el artículo 11 de la Ley 23 de 1946 .
