El Ministerio de agricultura solicitara, una vez vencido el término de aportes anuales de que habla en el artículo 1o., que se incluyan en el presupuesto nacional las partidas indispensables para el sostenimiento en defensa de aguas y repoblación forestal de que trata la presente ley.
