Cualquiera puede cavar en suelo propio un pozo, aunque de ello resulte menoscabarse el agua de que se alimenta otro pozo ; pero si de ello no reportare utilidad alguna, o no tanta que pueda compararse con el perjuicio ajeno, será obligado a cegarlo.
