Los funcionarios colombianos competentes para revalidar o visar pasaportes deberán declararlos nulos y no les impartirán la revalidación o visa solicitada de tales documentos muestran rasgos de haber sido mutilados, o enmendados en cualquier forma, o si hay huellas de que los retratos que deben llevar adheridos han sido reemplazados.
