Art. 2.° La subvención para estos dos Colegios se pagará del día 1.° del presente mes de Junio hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 1904.
Parágrafo
El Gobierno se reserva, en todo caso, la facultad de inspeccionar dichos Colegios.
