Los socios de toda compañía se reunirán en junta de socios o asamblea general ordinaria una vez al año, por lo menos, en la época fijada en los estatutos.
Se reunirán también en forma extraordinaria cuando sean convocados por los administradores, por el revisor fiscal o por la entidad oficial que ejerza control permanente sobre la sociedad, en su caso.
