En los contratos de préstamos se establecerá para los prestatarios la obligación de mantener en buen estado los edificios, maquinarias, herramientas y demás enseres de las minas. Se hará constar igualmente el derecho para la Caja de Crédito de inspeccionar los trabajos y obras a que se destinen los préstamos por medio de ingenieros visitadores de la misma entidad.
