Programa tarjeta joven. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, a través de la formulación y puesta en marcha del programa tarjeta joven, incentivará el turismo con las personas categorizadas como jóvenes de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en esta reglamentación. El programa debe desarrollar a manera de estrategias las acciones pertinentes para vincular aliados del sector e incentivar a los jóvenes a la práctica del turismo.
