Para todos los efectos a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, en todas las disposiciones del Decreto-ley 353 de 1994, en las cuales se haga referencia a la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar, se entenderá Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar y de Policía. Asimismo, se suprime en todo el articulado del citado decreto-ley la expresión "vinculados por contrato de prestación de servicio".
