Dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la designación en interinidad, el cargo debe proveerse en propiedad. Si el tiempo que faltare para el vencimiento del periodo notarial fuere inferior a treinta (30) meses, contados a partir de la posesión del interino, este podrá continuar en el cargo hasta el vencimiento de aquel.
