Los organismos a que se refiere el artículo 6º de este Decreto podrán celebrar contratos relacionados con Bienes y Servicios Informáticos con quienes se hallaren inscritos en el respectivo registro de la entidad contratante o en el Registro Nacional de Proveedores de Bienes y Servicios Informáticos que llevar el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística por intermedio de la Secretaría Técnica y Administrativa de la Comisión Nacional de Sistemas. El Registro Nacional de Proveedores a que se refiere el presente artículo, se conformará a partir del Registro de Proveedores de Equipos y servicios de Procesamiento de Datos que actualmente lleva el Servicio Nacional de Inscripción del DANE, y se regirá por las normas vigentes en esta materia.
