Art. 3º Los poderes que se otorguen por escritura pública, cualquiera que sea su cuantía y objeto, se extenderán en los protocolos ordinarios de los Notarios, y se darán las copias en la clase de papel sellado establecida en el inciso 6º del artículo 3º del decreto mencionado.
