Corresponde al Tesorero general de la República hacer verificar las liquidaciones respectivas y describir en el Diario de su Oficina los artículos mensuales de reconocimiento en favor del Tesoro por lo relativo al arrendamiento ó administración, si llegare este caso, de las minas de esmeraldas de Muzo y Coscuez.
