Vinculación al desarrollo municipal. Los Municipios podrán celebrar convenios con los organismos de acción comunal, organizaciones civiles y asociaciones para el cumplimiento o la ejecución de determinadas funciones, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el parágrafo 3° del artículo 6° de la presente ley.

Parágrafo

Los convenios que se celebren en desarrollo de este artículo estarán sujetos a las formalidades o requisitos previstos en la ley.
