Las actuaciones, diligencias, documentos o escritos que deban estar provistos de estampillas, llevarán las que le correspondan, según lo dispuesto en éste capítulo; sin embargo, es permitido usar de mayor precio, sin que esto apareje responsabilidad alguna, ni sea motivo para que dejen de admitirse tales documentos judicial u oficialmente.
