ART 314. No podrán establecerse trabajos de explotación en las minas de aluvión que existan en terrenos de propiedad particular, cultivados ó destinados á la cría ó ceba de ganados por el dueño de ellos sin denunciarlas previamente, á fin de pagar el impuesto establecido por el Código de Minas.
