Declárense de utilidad pública e interés social los predios ubicados en cualquier clase de suelo donde se adelanten Macroproyectos de Interés Social Nacional, para adelantar los procedimientos de enajenación voluntaria, expropiación administrativa o judicial y/o para la imposición de servidumbres. Se entenderán incluidos en esta declaratoria los terrenos necesarios para ejecutar las obras exteriores de conexión del Macroproyecto con las redes principales de infraestructura vial y de servicios públicos.
