Para todos los efectos consagrados en la Ley 126 de 1959 , Decreto 465 de 1961 y normas legales que los adicionen o reformen, reconócese a los profesionales con título universitario escalafonados como Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional a partir de la vigencia del Decreto Legislativo número 3220 de 1953, como de actividad militar, los dos (2) últimos años de estudio en las respectivas facultades, siempre y cuando que su permanencia militar sea o exceda de diez (10) años efectivos.
