°. Competencia del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente . En caso de que la autoridad ambiental competente para otorgar el permiso de que trata el artículo anterior esté asociada al jardín botánico, dicho permiso deberá ser otorgado por el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente.
