ARTICULO 2o. - Para efectos del pago de indemnizaciones o bonificaciones a los titulares de los cargos suprimidos por este Decreto se tendrán en cuenta las disposiciones laborales transitorias del Título IX del Decreto 2171 de 1992.

Parágrafo

- Cuando un servidor público hubiese sido reubicado, ascendido o trasladado y el cargo figure suprimido en este Decreto en las Dependencias Centrales o donde prestaba sus servicios, el reconocimiento y pago de la indemnización o bonificación será efectuado por la dependencia donde actualmente se encuentre laborando.
