Cuando el Superintendente Bancario establezca que una Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda ha incumplido con los porcentajes señalado}s en los artículos 10 y 15 deberá imponerle multas mensuales sucesivos a, favor del tesoro nacional equivalente al 1 por ciento del valor de los defectos respectivos. Cuando se establezca alguna violación a lo puesto en el artículo 8º el Superintendente Bancario deberá imponerle a la corporación una sanción pecuniaria hasta por el 50 por ciento del valor del exceso.
