º. Objeto . Las normas del presente decreto se aplicarán exclusivamente a la asignación de Subsidios Familiares de Vivienda de Interés Social, con los recursos que hacen parte del presupuesto de la vigencia fiscal del año 2002, por un valor de cien mil millones de pesos ($100.000.000.000), los cuales se asignarán durante al año 2001.
