° A los funcionarios y empleados a quienes se les aplique el presente Decreto, que laboren ordinariamente en Intendencias y Comisarías y en la Isla de Gorgona, tendrán derecho a una remuneración adicional equivalente al 5% de su asignación básica mensual. Dicho incremento se percibirá por cada mes completo de servicio.
