Modifíquese el numeral 2 del artículo 139 del Decreto número 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “2. De conformidad con el numeral 3 del artículo 5° de la Ley 1609 de 2013, las normas contenidas en los Títulos II y III, salvo los artículos 88 y 99 del presente Decreto, entrarán a regir a partir del día hábil siguiente a aquel en que la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), ponga en funcionamiento un nuevo modelo de Sistematización Informático Electrónico Aduanero, atendiendo las reglas establecidas en el artículo 674 del Decreto número 390 de 2016, modificado por el artículo 184 del Decreto número 349 de 2018 y las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan”.
