Es la persona jurídica autorizada por el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones que, mediante contrato de concesión, prestará de manera exclusiva el servicio postal de correo para la recepción y entrega de los envíos de correo que salgan o ingresen al Territorio Aduanero Nacional.
