°. Artículo transitorio. Los procesos de retiro de una empresa, realizados con el fin de constituir un nuevo Fondo Mutuo de Inversión o de ingresar a uno existente, que hayan sido iniciados con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, continuarán rigiéndose por las normas vigentes en el momento de radicación del aviso de retiro ante el respectivo Fondo.
