La adquisición de los bienes muebles que requiera la Superintendencia se hará conforme a las disposiciones del Decreto 2370 de 1968. Mediante la autorización del Instituto Nacional de Provisiones prevista en el artículo 6° del precitado Decreto, la Superintendencia podrá comprar directamente muebles en general o especial, lo mismo que realizar publicaciones o contratos con terceras personas.
