Apropiase para atender a los gastos de los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales, durante el año fiscal del 1o de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1988, una suma igual a la calculada para los ingresos, o sea la cantidad de novecientos treinta mil trescientos noventa y ocho millones setecientos noventa y seis mil pesos ($ 930.398.796.000) moneda legal, distribuida institucionalmente, así:
