Hónrase la memoria del doctor Aníbal Brito, benemérito ciudadano que prestó al país servicios importantes, consagrando a la juventud, por espacio de más de siete lustros todo su esfuerzo inteligente y fervoroso en el campo de las ciencias matemáticas, así como en el Congreso Nacional, en su calidad de Representante, y en la Administración Pública como Subsecretario de Gobierno y miembro distinguido de la Junta de Conversión.
