Artículo octavo. Mientras se imprimen los títulos definitivos el Gobierno Nacional podrá emitir Certificados Provisionales de Bonos de Desarrollo Económico, clase "H", emisión de 1976, los cuales tendrán las mismas características fijadas para los Bonos en el presente Decreto y serán cambiados por los títulos definitivos haciendo los ajustes de plazo e intereses a que hubiere lugar.
