Art. 2.° Las viudas, hijos ó padres de los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales del Ejército y de la marina de guerra de la República que fallecieren en servicio activo y que hubieren contribuido por lo menos dos años para el Montepío, tendrá derecho, según el caso, á las asignaciones mensuales siguientes, que pagará el Montepío: $ 50 por un General, $ 40 por un Coronel, $ 25 por un Teniente Coronel. $ 20 por un Sargento Mayor, $ 15 por un Capitán, $ 12 por un Teniente, $ 10 por un Subteniente.
